Penal Charges in case of Delay in submission of Stock/Book Debit Statements

1) Penal charges of Rs. 100/- (incl GST) per month shall be recovered from the borrowers in case of delay in submission of Stock/Book Debt Statement in Cash Credit Limits.

2) Penal charges of Rs. 250/- (incl GST) per quarter shall be recovered from the borrowers in case of delay in submission of Stock/Book Debt Statement in Overdraft Limits.

3) Penal charges of Rs. 1000/- (incl GST) per annum shall be recovered from the borrowers in case of delay in submission of Renewal papers by borrowers availing Cash Credit & Overdraft Limits from Bank.
