Rate of interest has been revised w.e.f 18th Oct 2022 and shall be applicable only on all fresh loans/enhancements sanctioned hereafter.
It shall not be applicable on loans/enhancements sanctioned prior to the date of approval i.e 18th Oct 2022.
There will not be any change in interest rates on existing loans in all the categories.
The rates of interest and other charges can be changed at any time at the sole discretion of the bank by giving intimation to the borrower, co-borrower, mortgagor(s) and surety(ies).
